I deal with cycle-related pimples each month, and have had a hard time finding a pimple (spot) patch that really adheres to my combination skin. These PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are SUPER sticky and adhere to my skin without leaving any residue behind. They're effective, low-profile (they're fairly flat to the skin), and non-irritating.
