I come from a long line of women who’ve struggled with bone and joint issues — my mom has it, my aunt has it, and I wouldn’t be surprised if my grandmother had symptoms of dealing with osteoarthritis or osteoporosis. So I want to take a more preventative approach, I much prefer turning to naturally sourced remedies. This supplement has helped reduce joint pain, stiffness and muscle soreness, especially after a long day. The capsules are easy to take and fit well into my daily routine.

Although I don't like the idea of having to be careful with how use it, the packaging is not flexible, it's metalic and not forgiving to folds and squeezing, which makes the potential for wasted cream high. The cream it self is thick so it goes on smoothly, spreads nicely, absorbs quickly and rhe moisturizing effects lasts long while. The Shea Butter smells amazing, yet subtle for those who are sensitive to scents. Travels well in a purse or backoack, No worrying about spills or leaks. I am really enjoying testing this handcream especially during the current freezing spell of winter, this cream helps me prevent cracked dry skin.

I received this bottle for free to do a product review. I have had many other Swiss Natural products that I loved, but this one worked differently for me. I only had about a week to test it out before submitting a review and the one thing that I noticed was it made my urine neon yellow and made me feel bloated. Not sure if its because its a multivitamin and perhaps I don't need so many supplements, but I think I would prefer taking specific vitamins for my personal needs as oppsed to a multivitamin all at once. I still very much like this brand and will continue to use their products but this one in particular is not for me. -

I generally like PanOxyl's products and this one does make my skin feel squeaky clean but it's not my most favorite product out of their line. I would have preferred if this cleaner would soap up or foam up more. it's more a cleansing cream but doesn't feel like it goes on very evenly. And it's recommended to gradually increase in usage but I found that it left my skin feeling slightly more sensitive and dry so I opted to use it every other day or once a week. Overall it seems to do a good job and in the end you will need to judge how often you need to apply it. I dont have to work about treating preexisting acne and use it more as a preventative measure.
