Rio Mare Insalatissime Mexican Style
The Mexican-style combination of tuna, beans, corn and peppers was really flavourful and satisfying. I loved how convenient it was, and it actually tasted much better than I expected from a ready-to-eat meal. Would happily have this again. -... +

One thing I've learned about skincare in my 40s is that hydration and skin barrier support go hand in hand.
The products that worked for me years ago don't always give me the same results now, which is why I've been paying closer attention to keeping my skin barrier healthy.
I've been incorporating Bella Aura Skin Barrier+ into my routine and have been enjoying how calm, comfortable, and hydrated my skin feels. I also love that it's lightweight and easy to layer with the rest of my skincare.
