Okay, I grabbed the TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse kind of on a whim at SDM because I wanted something to freshen my breath and help with stains (hello coffee addiction ☕️). I didn’t expect much, but wow this stuff is actually SO good??
First off, it doesn’t burn like some of those intense mouthwashes. It’s super gentle but still leaves my mouth feeling really clean and fresh. Like, my breath stays nice all day and there’s no gross aftertaste.
As for the whitening it’s not like an overnight difference, but after using it consistently for a week or two, I swear my teeth look brighter and just… cleaner? It doesn’t feel harsh, which I appreciate, especially since my teeth are a little sensitive.
Also love that it’s alcohol-free and doesn’t dry out my mouth. Honestly feels more like part of a skincare routine but for my mouth 😂
If you’re looking for something to freshen things up and help with surface stains without the sting this is it. Definitely keeping this in the bathroom lineup.

The texture is a bit thick at first, but it spreads easily once warmed up between your fingers. It leaves a slight white cast initially, but it blends in well if you take a moment to work it in—definitely not a deal-breaker. What I love most is that it doesn’t sting my eyes or make my skin break out. It also feels really protective without being greasy or sticky.
I’ve used it during outdoor workouts and even at the beach, and it holds up great, even when I’m sweating. Plus, the bottle is a handy size to toss in a bag, and the color-changing cap is a fun (and practical) reminder when UV is present.

I recently tried the PanOxyl Acne Body Spray, and I am truly impressed with its effectiveness! As someone who struggles with body acne, I was looking for a solution that would be easy to apply, especially in areas that are hard to reach, and this product has delivered.
The spray nozzle makes it incredibly convenient to apply, especially to my back and shoulders where breakouts tend to occur. The formula contains 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, which is well-known for treating acne, and I could immediately feel the product working as it dries fast and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. It has a subtle, clean scent that isn’t overpowering, which is a nice bonus.
After using it consistently for a couple of weeks, I noticed a significant reduction in breakouts. My skin feels smoother, and the acne I used to have on my back and chest has decreased substantially. The spray is gentle enough that it doesn’t irritate my skin, even with regular use.

Pros:
✔️ Absorbs Fluid Well: These patches work best on whiteheads, drawing out pus and reducing inflammation overnight.
✔️ Thin & Discreet: They’re almost invisible on the skin, so I don’t feel awkward wearing them.
✔️ Stays in Place: The adhesive is strong enough to keep them on throughout the night.
✔️ Helps Prevent Picking: I tend to touch my breakouts, and these help me avoid making them worse.
Cons:
❌ Not Effective on Deep Pimples: Like most hydrocolloid patches, they don’t do much for cystic or under-the-skin pimples.
❌ May Not Work for Everyone: Sometimes, I wake up and don’t see a huge difference, especially if the pimple wasn’t ready to drain.
❌ Can Get Pricey: If used frequently, the cost adds up compared to other acne treatments.
