I was lucky to try these perimenopause tablets (Promensil with red clover isoflavones) for a 30-day trial through Promensil USA. I wanted to share my honest experience, especially since perimenopause support can feel pretty personal and varied.
First, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. They remind me of taking a lightly fruity/floral tea: a bit bitter with a distinct red clover note, which I actually grew to like.
For context, I was dealing with feeling hot in the middle of the night (not quite night sweats yet) and really hoping for improved sleep. Around week two, I noticed I was sleeping through the night more consistently, even though I’d still feel warm occasionally. By the end of the month, the nighttime hot feelings were reduced to about 1–2 times per week, and overall my sleep had improved significantly.
On top of that, I felt less stressed and have better mood, which may be connected to finally getting better rest.
That said, I didn’t see any improvement in my hormonal acne (in fact, it got worse around my period). I’m not sure if that’s related to taking these supplements or just coincidental, so I wanted to be transparent about it. I also didn’t notice changes in my hair or nails, but I think those kinds of benefits might take longer than one month to show up.
Overall, because of the noticeable sleep improvements and fewer warm episodes at night, I’d continue using this and would recommend it. I didn’t experience any negative side effects aside from the acne flare-up I’m still watching.

After making sure I’ve spread it all over my face, I then emulsified with water and fully rinsed off. My skin felt clean and refreshed and not dry/tight at all. -
