I’ve been using L’Occitane Shea Nail & Cuticle Oil and it’s quickly become a staple in my routine. The formula is rich (30% shea oil 👀) but still sinks in beautifully thanks to apricot & almond oils — no greasy fingers, just soft, nourished cuticles and healthier-looking nails.
The brush applicator makes it super precise, perfect for quick touch-ups, and the scent is subtle, clean, and addictive 🌿💛.
One of those small rituals that actually makes a difference.

Montreal’s winter was (and still is) cold AF.
Cold walks = frozen hands but now it’s not a problem. You can actually feel the warmth with the heated handle with built-in lights, 2 heat settings, and a flashlight (think 🦨 in summer) — perfect for dark, snowy walks ❄️✨
In addition of keeping my hands warm, this makes dog walks so much more comfortable for both me (& Robin) and Litchi. The retractable 12 foot leash allows Litchi to have more freedom when roaming in the park.
My verdict :
After testing outside, real winter conditions (-20 C) , I fully approve of this 🐾 ✅

🌸 The Verdict: the texture is very smooth but a tad too rich for me to wear during the day (at least when it is not -40 🧊 outside). However it gets absorbed relatively fast. There is just a faint scent of cream. Overall I just like that it makes think about hydrating our neck and décolleté (I never use the word « decolletage », it means something totally different in French)

This scent is pretty much a classic one. You cannot go wrong. It’s very masculine, spa-like 💆🏼♀️.
For house candles, I like to have this type of woody or fresh fragrance 🌿. Here is the composition of the scent:
🍀 Top notes: Crisp Citrus, Herbs, Red Berry.
🍀 Middle notes: Pine Balsam, Cedar, Sandalwood.
🍀 Base notes: Vanilla, Warm Amber, Musk.
Once lit, the candle scent is subtle but it lingers long even I blew it off 🌬️

Not gonna lie that I am quite picky with skincare 😏, but this one is a winner 🥇 😍.
☀️ It smells amazing (if you like the original almond perfume of l’Occitane).
☀️ It gives a nice glow. I was afraid with the glitters in the bottles that it would look a bit intense. Make sure to shake the bottle before applying. The result is a subtle sheen, healthy glow, no obvious glitter ✨.
☀️ For an oil, it gets absorbed very fast. I was afraid to be oily until it gets in my skin, but no, my skin was moisturized, glowy and not sticky after 2 min.
Perfect 👌🏻 to hydrate and glamorize your legs (your body in general) before stepping out 👡 🕶️ ~ available @sephoracanada

I got to try @helloeverist shampoo (travel format) and conditioner (full size) for free in exchange of my honest opinion.
🧴The promise : 🤓 “What makes Everist different than traditional haircare? Everything. Our dermatologist-developed and tested fragrance-free conditioning concentrate is more than 50% moisturizers for deep hydration and repair that even the most sensitive scalps will love. Simply activate this concentrated cream with the water already in your shower and watch it transform into a silky smooth treatment, leaving hair soft and super shiny.” ~
🧴The verdict: so this was targeted toward my itchy scalp since I just redid my roots > this was indeed fulfilled. It helped moisturizing my scalp without greasing up my roots. However I will still need to alternate with purple conditioner to remove the brassy tones of my hair.
Packaging ? Cute and good for traveling but they also offer an aluminium tube which is more practical in my opinion.
Definitely a nice Canadian 🇨🇦 and ecofriendly 🌱alternative for haircare 🩷 ~ thank you @ for the discovery

This trio did not work for me BUT I can see this type of treatment working for less damaged hair. I will review them out of 10 🤓
🧴OGX® Bond Protein Repair Shampoo : 5/10
I could feel that it was stripping moisture from my hair instead but it did a good job of cleaning 🤔
🧴OGX® Bond Protein Repair Conditioner : 8/10
It felt very hydrating and nourishing without being heavy. I think it was my favourite out of the trio ♥️
🧴OGX® Bond Protein Repair Sealing Serum : 6,5/10 ~ Texture was very interesting. I was a gel that melted in my hands. It spread nicely but unfortunately it was not the right product for my current hair. Not enough hydratation 🥲
