Well, when I first started taking Promensil it didn't seem like it was doing anything, however, that is what the instructions said. So after a few more days, when usually I would be sweating I noticed that I was fine. I didn't need a fan blowing on me, my feet didn't feel like they were going to explode, I was ok!! Usually I have to carry a cooling cloth with me but not so much now. My sleeping is much better, no changing clothes in the middle of the night. It's great. I went and bought some before I ran out. This is a great product and I highly recommend it. Thank you Butterly and Promensil!!
