Only thing I did not like about this is that I couldn't use it on my eyes. When I wash my face, I wash ALL of my face - eyes, ears, back of neck, etc.. But due to the microbeads I could not risk one getting into my eye. Also, I am concerned about those microbeads ending up in our oceans. Are they plastic? Or biodegradable?

My hair is over-processed & typically feels wiry but after just 1 use of Dove Ultracare Conditioner it feels silky soft & smooth! It doesn't build up on my hair even with daily use! Love this!

Difficult to use on very short hair & around the hairline. My hairline looked horrible- like I spray painted it! Also left my hair feeling very dirty & every time I touched my hair my fingers ended up dark mahogany too.
(I had just changed my hair colour before this arrived, so I can't rate the colour match.. But it is a very very dark brown. Thankfully it washes out well)
