I tried Great Lash with mixed results. I loved the price, it applied with ease, and didn't clump. But it did seem to smudge and flake off practically every time I used it. Although after I finished the tube, I had a selective memory and bought a second anyway. Unfortunately, it gave the same results. After a short time each day, I would look in the mirror and find little flakes of mascara underneath my eye. This was not a good look. So, I recommend this one with some reservation. -

I never thought I'd pay this much for a tube of mascara, but this is the best I've ever used by far. I've tried 8 different kinds in the past 3 years (Lancome L'Extreme, Definicils & Hypnose, Max Factor 2000 Calorie, Clinique High Definition, Maybelline Great Lash & Lash Discovery, L'Oreal Voluminous...quite a list!) in a quest to find perfection. DiorShow lived up to the hype for me. Long, black, separated, curled, thickened lashes!! No clumps, no smudges. The only reason that I haven't bought it again is that I've been hoping to find its twin at a drug store price. The nearest I've come is the Voluminous, but I may have to give it up and pledge my undying loyalty to Dior!
By the way, Max Factor 2000 Calorie and Lancome Hypnose are 2 other worthy candidates if I had to choose runners-up in the mascara race.

I'm currently using this mascara and I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with it. It seems to lengthen my lashes and adds some volume, but it's not quite what I'd hoped for. It doesn't separate my lashes without a really careful application and/or a lash comb. I've had only minimal problems with flaking. I already have long eyelashes, but they are pathetically thin, which is why I was drawn toward anything called Voluminous! It's perfectly good for the price, but probably better suited to girls with shorter lashes. I think it would give a bigger effect in that case. However, I've noticed that I have more good days with this mascara when I use a primer first. -

It's true that you'll need a little practice with this liner. You need a proper brush (a flat liner) and good technique. Having said that, I heart the Smudge Pots! I've only tried the Brown and I'd definitely buy it in other colors. It truly lasts all day! In fact, you'd better move fast if you make an application boo boo because it sets quickly. So, if you want the smudge-y look, then do it right away. You can make it smudge-y like a liner shadow, a thin precise line, a cat's eye look, a thick bold line...whatever your little heart desires. Just be patient, practice, and you'll heart the Smudge Pots too! -

I'll just add to all the MAC shadow love that's going on here. I concur about buying the quad instead of individuals. I used these shadows for the first time on my wedding day and I was really happy with the results. The sales clerk helped me choose my 4 colors, which might have been impossible for me because the selection is overwhelming--in a good way! Most colors take a light hand because they can be pretty intense. They glide on so smoothly and have great staying power. -

I truly love this blush. I have very fair skin and have to be quite careful about colors so that I don't look clown-like! This color looks so natural on me and gives a really nice glow (hence the name, I suppose). It's somewhere between peach and pink with very subtle gold shimmer. It's ridiculously expensive, but I've been using it almost every day for a year and there's still no end in sight! Another strong point is that it goes on very evenly and very sheer. You can brush on a few extra strokes for more intensity, but it blends so nicely that it never looks garish. I would definitely fork over the money to try a different shade once this one runs out. -

The best thing about this is that you can't beat the price. And it lasted me forever because you only need a dab. It did feel like it moisturized my lips pretty well, but I thought it smelled really strange and the texture is pretty thick and sticky. The biggest problem is that I don't like products that come in jars or tins because I have to use my fingers (I'm a bit of a germophobe!). I wouldn't buy this again for a lip balm, but I would recommend it for dry cuticles and rough elbows & heels. -
I've used 2 Juicy Tube colors (although both have been discontinued) and I really liked them both. The applicator is good, it's more like a lip balm tube, and they just looked really pretty!

Just started using this about 2 weeks ago and I'm mostly pleased with it. As misschickie says, it's a nice neutral color. It also has a peachy tone with gold flecks all throughout, but they're not obvious or glittery when you wear it. It has become my go-to color when I'm not sure which color gloss I want. The downside is its cream-like texture, so it doesn't seem to go on quite as easily or evenly as some other brands. -
I agree that it's a bit small for the price, but this line has an excellent range of colors and the little brush applicator is a plus. I've tried about 3 colors so far and they all go on relatively sheer, but certainly very pretty. But if you're... +
