After about three weeks, I began noticing a difference—my night sweats were less frequent, and my sleep started to improve. The biggest change for me was the steadiness in my mood; I felt more balanced and less irritable. It’s not an instant fix, but with consistent use, the effects felt steady and natural. I also appreciate that it didn’t cause any side effects or bloating, which I’ve experienced with other supplements. The tablets are easy to take, and I like that the formula is plant-based. Overall, Promensil Perimenopause has made my transition through perimenopause a bit smoother.

I've been using St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it does an amazing job at exfoliating my skin, leaving it feeling fresh, smooth, and deeply cleansed. The apricot seed powder provides a gritty texture that effectively removes dead skin cells, and the scent is quite pleasant—fruity and refreshing without being overpowering. However, I do find that it can be a bit harsh if used too frequently. The exfoliating particles are quite coarse, which might not be ideal for sensitive skin. When I first started using it daily, my skin felt a little too raw, so I reduced it to 2-3 times a week, which works much better. I also make sure to moisturize well afterward, as it can be slightly drying. One thing I appreciate is that it’s paraben-free, oil-free, and made with natural exfoliants, making it feel like a more natural choice compared to chemical-based exfoliators. The price point is also quite reasonable, making it accessible for a budget-friendly skincare routine. -
