What i love about this cream cheese is that it is lighter in calories than traditional cream cheese. It also makes a great dip on its own or when you add sour cream and extra cheese to it. Its very versatile and not very spicy at all. There is a bit of a kick to it but it isn't unmanageable at all -

I love the scent of this product and so does my husband and oldest son...so weird I know but they both love it when I wash my hair. The herbal essence bio renew is now my go to shampoo, it helps with split ends and makes my hair so full and shiny
