I have been meaning to add in omega-3 fatty acids into my diet, because I have recently turned 40 and need to be watching my cholesterol levels. The capsules are large and may be intimidating to some, but they do go down smoothly. Omega-3 fatty acids are good for brain health and lower cholesterol, they provide an unseen health benefits unless you measure your cholesterol levels before and after trying this product. But I think it is a product that someone could use long-term and is easy to work into a busy lifestyle -

As I recently turned 40, it is going to be a requirement for me to have topical medications around for all of my aches and pains! I really like this product because it does not have a strong odour; there is a fragrance, but it is not overwhelming and dissipates quickly. The cream did not leave any lasting residue on my skin, and was effective in reducing pain and did not require me to follow up with oral pain medications. -

I really didn’t know what to expect with this product, it’s not something that I would normally look to purchase. I, however, was blown away by the taste, the use of an alternative dairy product, and the cute little packaging. I do think these are nice because they are travel, friendly, and I would say the caffeine amount did cover me for most of the day. I’m not sure if there is a larger variety of this product available, but it would be nice to have the option to have a travel size or a regular size that you could have for day to day use. Overall, delicious and would likely buy. -

I think the Panoxyl acne and body wash may join the skincare routine ranks!
I found the wash to be more effective as a spot treatment, as I don’t have acne all over my face. The wash was able to treat an existing blemish and prevent one, that was just under the skin, from forming in just 2 days!
I would recommend gradually increasing usage of the acne wash such that your skin has the chance to get used to the active ingredient, benzoyl peroxide 4%.
The product is good for those with sensitive skin, like myself, and is fragrance free.
The only thing that kind of confused me was how to use this as a body wash since you’d have to let the product sit on the skin for 2 minutes. What I ended up doing was bathing, then using the wash as a spot treatment and rinsing off using a white towel.
All in all, a great product.

I am actually blown away by this product! It is a mouthwash that does not leave a bad taste in your mouth. I have struggled to find a mouthwash that I do not react to, which could be burning of my mouth or a bad after taste and awful morning breath. The TheraBreath mouthwash is something that I will incorporate into my mouth care routine as a third line of defence, after brushing and flossing, to keep my mouth healthy and my teeth white.

I was able to trial the Panoxyl Overnight patches having never used patches for acne before. I don’t break out often, however, whenever I do get a pimple, I get a pigmented scar. I trialled the patches on an older and a newer pimple, and unfortunately did not see any difference all after using for several days.
The patches were effective in preventing me from picking at the pimple and protecting the area from dirt and oil. I did like how they come in two sizes for different sized pimples.
I’ve been told that they should be used on whiteheads only, so may give the product a second chance!

I had the pleasure of trialing the Blue Lizard Sensitive Skin SPF 50 mineral sunscreen. I found that the product was lightweight, absorbed quickly and did not leave a cast on my skin. The sunscreen provided both UVA and UVB protection, and did not cause my skin to breakout. The only con would be that this product was difficult to wash off. -
