I’ve been researching plant sterols for a while now, so I was really excited when I got selected to try Swiss Natural ChoLessterol. My recent bloodwork showed elevated lipid levels, and while I want to manage it, I prefer to explore natural options before turning to medication. That’s why I’ve been eager to try plant sterols combined with dietary changes.
Since starting ChoLessterol, I’ve noticed some positive changes—I’ve been feeling better overall, and my blood pressure has started to return to its usual range. I haven’t had updated lab results yet, but I’m feeling optimistic that with consistent diet, exercise, and this supplement, I’m on the right track.

At 1st I tried it because of the ceramides, vit e and pro vitamin b5 that it contains and also its claiming to be good for dry skin. I’ve used it for a week and quickly saw the difference in my skin. It’s so gentle and effective that I even tried it on my face since my skin gets easily dry as well. Even though it’s a body wash, you wont feel the usual “dry feel” you get after bathing. I am glad i tried this product . I highly recommend it. Totally worth it

But what I like the most about this product is that it is so effective and moisturizing but you don’t feel the usual greasy effect. It is gentle and nourishing and yet super effective specially for those who have sensitive and dry skin.

If you are a fan of clear body wash, then I highly recommend Aveeno Calm and Restore. This a gentle formulation that is scent free and paraben free. In addition to that, this product is also packed with antioxidant oat, aloe and Pro-vitamin B5.
What I like about this product is its so effective but you don’t feel the usual dry-skin-after shower effect. It is gentle and nourishing and yet super effective in removing dirt.
You should buy this. This is another quality product from AVEENO.

However, most of the moisturizer in the market contains actives that reacts to my face. So I end up waiting until my pain subsides, then thats the only time I can put the serum on my face
This serum was a game changer together with the gel cream. It’s scent free, doesn't react to my face and just provides the lipids that I need. Plus it’s also a nice make up base or you can layer the serum then add your sunscreen for that much needed protection.

I’ve tried different kinds of creams to dry out my pimples. Sometimes I even used toothpaste because I’m already desperate. Nothing work as effective as the “Hero Mighty Patch”. I just stick it in my zit before I sleep and you’ll wake up with a dry, almost nothing pimple. Plus, they are paraben and sulfate free as well. And its safe for everyday use.
I highly recommend this product. Very effective and its easy to use.
