Nutritional value is quite good but sugar value is a little higher than what I would like. It's nutrient dense. It's a good snack but I still prefer my protein bars. It's great for before or after high intensity workouts like cardio vascular exercises. Good for replenishing energy. It's a little small so it doesn't fill me up so it's good for a snack or to curb those cravings. I recommend it to someone whose trying to lose weight or an avid runner but not enough for weight lifting at the gym. -

We got the flavour Fraser valley to try. We have started mixing the good with our dogs old good. She seems to like it. Our dog is a pretty picky water but loves chicken so I think the flavour helped and it helped that there's real chicken in it. The good seemed pretty fresh. It smells like dog food so I can't really tell. In terms of change in health for my dog I can't tell yet since we've only started this new food so it will take some time for the effects to show but looking at the ingredient list of seems like it's made of pretty good ingredients. Not too big of a fan of the chicken meal though... When I buy foods I usually go for ingredients. I make sure byproducts like chicken meal is not too high on the list so this kind of meets my expectation as it is the 3rd ingredient in the list. So we'll see if there's a different down the line in my dogs health so determine if I will stick with this good. So far so good though. Based on how my dog likes I'll probably recommend if to my friends and family. -
CeraVe Intensive Stretch Marks Cream
This cream is not greasy but it is not super moisturizing either. I havent seen too much of an improvement on my stretch marks but i guess i will have to see aftwr using it for longer. But it didnt irritate my skin which is nice.

This cream was cheap but it also made me breakout so badly. It was too thick and felt like i had a layer of cream just sitting on my face. It was not pleasant.

Its a decent cream but i didnt think it was moisturizing enough. I had a bad skin reaction and used it. It didn't totally grt tid of the itch and it didnt get rid of my dry skin. All i can say is its a decent moisturizer. Non greasy.

Its a good foundation that has light to medium coverage. I find myself having to use concealer over top for more stubborn pimples and hyperpigmentation. It doesnt vreak me out and according to thr packaging its good for the skin (i have not seen any significant improvement in my skin). It does look very natural but wear time is not the greatest. Maybe 4-5 hours before i start noticing fading? But overall i like it. -
