Unfortunately I didn’t find it was terribly helpful for my gluten intolerance. First of all the fact that you have to take it before means you have to know ahead of time you might be accidentally “glutened” and that isn’t always the case... +

The most side effect I noticed is that it made me go to the bathroom. -

This serum feels so silky smooth. Very little is required so it goes a long way. I love how all aveeno products feel on my skin. I wouldn’t highly recommend.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch SPF 60
I love this product, it provides a great level of sun protection. I work outside for a living so I never go a day without it. It doesn’t make me break out like other sunscreens. I would highly recommend.
