I have been using this product for a few weeks and see a difference in peri menopause symptoms. Calmer mood, less hot flashes with lessened intesity and better sleep. This product had helped me deal with my symptoms without using any hormone therapy and using a more natural product. I feel like it is safer and better to use. Another plus is the capsules are small and easy to swallow.

I have been taking several weeks and have noticed a diffrence in my perimenopausal symptoms. I feel more calm, with less mood swings and less hot flashes. When I do have the hot flashes they are less severe, less frequent and less duration. I will most likely continue ue this after I finish the free month I revived for my review. I am very grateful to have been chosen to try this product.
