I received a free sample of this product for review. I took it for a month and did not find that it made a difference in my symptoms. I went so far as to purchase the extra strength the following month and it did not alleviate my post menopausal...   +

I received a free sample of this product for review. I took it for a month and did not find that it made a difference in my symptoms. I went so far as to purchase the extra strength the following month and it did not alleviate my post menopausal symptoms. That is not to say that it would not help someone else. I think that it is worth trying as not everyone responds the same way.
