I’ve been really impressed with AOR Andrographis. AOR is an amazing Canadian company, and the quality of this supplement really shows. It’s made with Andrographis paniculata, a herbal ingredient that’s been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries.
I started taking this at the very first sign of a cold to help with throat discomfort and congestion, and it honestly worked way better than I expected. My symptoms didn’t get as intense as they usually do, and I felt back to normal much faster.
I also love how clean the ingredients are. These capsules are dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan, which is a huge plus for me. It actually feels like a product that does what it’s supposed to do without unnecessary extras.
This has definitely become a staple in my supplement cabinet during cold and flu season. If you’re looking for immune and respiratory support, I’d 100% recommend giving AOR Andrographis a try.

I’ve been using Bella Aura Skincare Rapid Repair Clarifying Elixir and I’m honestly so impressed. It’s a Canadian brand, and you can really tell how much thought went into this formula.
This elixir comes in this sleek black bottle with a dropper that works amazingly for applying the product. I found that it has a light earthy scent but I do not mind it at all. It helps calm visible redness and irritation while supporting clearer, more balanced-looking skin. With just 7 days of use, my skin feels calmer, more balanced, and I’ve noticed less blotchiness and irritation without it causing any dryness. My combination acne prone skin is so happy.
The ingredients in this are amazing! Norwegian Spruce helps soothe and support skin repair, Micro Silver helps balance the skin, and Black Currant helps protect the moisture barrier while improving the look of inflamed, itchy, and breakout-prone skin.
It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t clog my pores. My skin just looks healthier overall. If you’re dealing with breakouts but still need hydration, this elixir is a winner.

I've been using the L'Occitane Cuticle Oil for a bit now and I'm honestly loving it. I bowl as a hobby, and with the cold weather upon us, my nails and cuticles definitely need extra help since they tend to get dry and cracked. This cuticle oil is super moisturizing and has actually worked at keeping my cuticles soft and healthy instead of rough and painful.
I love the brush tip applicator because it makes application so easy and mess-free. It does not absorb quickly so I massage it into my cuticles so I'm not left with greasy, wet fingertips. There's also a light baby powder almond fragrance, which I personally find very pleasant and clean. Overall, it feels luxurious, it's effective, and it's totally worth adding to your nail care routine.

Swiss Natural is an amazing Canadian brand known for going above and beyond industry standards to maintain the highest quality. Their multivitamin packs so many essentials like: calcium, cranberries, folic acid, vitamins C, D, B, iron, and more! All packed into one easy, once-a-day tablet.
As someone who also deals with MS-related fatigue, I’m looking forward to a boost in my daily energy levels.
I also love that the formula is clean, with no artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners, preservatives, dairy, gluten, wheat, yeast, or gelatine. Just don’t be surprised if your urine changes colour slightly to an almost fluorescent yellow. This happened to me after my very first dose.
They’re easy to swallow, gentle on my stomach, and super convenient for a busy routine.
If you’re searching for a reliable, high-quality multivitamin to support your overall wellness, help boost your immune system as well as help boost your energy levels, this one is definitely worth checking out! I’m so happy with it and plan to keep it in my daily routine!

I've tried so many acne products over the years, but PanOxyl’s Acne Wash has honestly been a game-changer for my combination, acne-prone skin. The 4% benzoyl peroxide is strong enough to tackle even the worst breakouts, but the creamy, lightweight formula makes it gentle enough for daily use without drying me out.
I use it as part of my morning and evening routine, and I’ve noticed a big difference in a short time! I cannot believe how quickly my breakouts clear up, but also how much smoother and less congested my skin feels overall. It really helps unclog my pores, and I love that it also helps prevent new blemishes from forming.
What really sets it apart for me is that it doesn’t leave my skin tight or irritated, thanks to the added moisturizers. It’s fragrance-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free, which is a huge plus.
If you’re struggling with acne and need something effective but gentle, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s become a staple in my routine!

I’ve tried a lot of eye creams... but this one? It’s on another level! I noticed within a few uses that it does help to brighten up my under eye area which is amazing for someone like myself who works night shifts. My tired eyes are looking brighter and firmer.
This cream is slightly yellow in colour with a buttery yet firm texture that absorbs beautifully into my skin and helps provide an amazing base for my makeup. I love that my under eyes are looking smooth, bright and beautiful all day long. I found that once I applied this, the product had a cool consistency which I found to be very therapeutic for my under eyes. I enjoy the fact that it’s fragrance free and that there is no stinging in the eye area at all after applying it.
I have been incorporating this into both my day and night time routine and found that a little goes a long way. I truly love that it is lightweight and keeps my under eyes smooth and moisturized all day long while helping to brighten my dark circles! I absolutely love it!

First of all, I love that this brand is helping me to reduce my carbon footprint with its eco-friendly hair care products as they are natural base shampoo and conditioner bars that require no bulky plastic bottles!
This was the first experience using a solid shampoo and conditioner bar, and I can tell you that this stuff is amazing! As soon as you put on a lather, you can really feel the lightness of it and it cleans my hair so well!
The scent of Bergamot and Tangerine smells absolutely amazing and I am obsessed with how it makes my hair smell! These bars are vegan and made with organic bergamot and tangerine essential oils so the scent lasts a long time which was a huge win for me.
Tlove how easy these bars are to use! All you need to do is wet your hair thoroughly with warm water, lather the bar in your hands or directly onto your hair (whichever you prefer) and massage into your hair like you would any other shampoo or conditioner. The shampoo bar lathered up beautifully! I preferred to use the bar directly on my scalp because I find that just applying the foam by lathering in my hands is not enough for me to get a really good wash. My hair felt so clean afterwards. As for the conditioner bar, it detangled my hair extremely well! I have shoulder length medium thickness hair and had zero knots after the shower. My hair felt and smelt absolutely amazing afterwards! I cannot get over how healthy, hydrated and shiny my hair looked! Honestly, I really enjoyed using a shampoo and conditioner bar instead of the traditional bulky bottles.
After using these, I found the bars effectiveness extremely similar to liquid brands I usually use.
Therefore, I would very happily continue to use these as they are much more sustainable and a natural hair care Option.
