This primer was a lifesaver for my makeup routine and dry skin, especially during exam time.
I'm in the midst of exams at the moment and I have no time, especially to do a full skincare routine to prime my face for makeup. This, as well as the 3-in-1 Micellar water, has been wonderful to get my skin makeup-ready. I also struggle with extremely dry skin so I NEED as much moisture as possible so my makeup doesn't get that bumpy dry look. I thought this product was extremely effective for that and I plan on using the whole thing and repurchasing. I have sensitive skin, and I had no issues with this product.
Despite the fact that I #gotitfree as part of the Chick Advisor product review club, I would recommend this product to anyone as a GREAT option for a primer for people with dry skin.

My first impression of this skin cream was "luxurious". I totally get why they called it a "rich cream"! Although I noticed an immediate difference in the moisture of my skin, I would suggest to apply this cream at night as it provides such intense moisture it might interfere with makeup. I should also note that although the cream was super creamy it did not feel like it clogged my pores at all. And of course, no greasiness. I think I've got my "for life" moisturizer for my super dry skin. Best of all, I noticed an improvement in the redness of my skin and a reduction in the fine lines of my forehead. Woohoo! -

Honestly, I'm normally not a "foaming cleanser" type person as I associate foaming cleansers with overly harsh ingredients. However I gotta say that I couldn't get enough of the clean feeling this cleanser gave me. I also noticed a HUGE difference with redness along with the Vichy Thermale Rich Cream. This whole Vichy skincare line was a killer combination for my skin redness. I also noticed a brightness in my skin which I didn't expect!
I also found this cleanser very easy to use.and the price isn't bad either. Definitely a keeper for my skincare routine!

This is the perfect product for both summer and winter for people with dry skin or who have to use a heavy foundation due to skin flaws. I loved using this right after putting my full coverage foundation to give myself a "glow" and to allow my makeup to not appear to heavy looking. I'd keep it in my purse and spray it whenever my skin felt dry or just when I wanted to feel cooler (it is summer after all!). It's super refreshing and I feel like I'm doing my skin good whenever I use it.
With an effective formula and an amazing price, I don't think ANYONE could go wrong with this stuff. I will definitely be a repeat-buyer.

I received this product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club! And I was really excited. Getting one's nails done can be so costly. I've had this exact product applied on me once before actually. I was in an airport and there was a huge layover to my next flight so I decided to get my nails done and noticed they used CND Vinylux Weekly Polish. My nails turned out AMAZING, the nail technician did a french manicure with these polishes and my nails looked like gel.
I got this polish in #142 Romantique and right off the bat I knew I would love the color once viewing the bottle and I fell in love with it at first stroke (very romantique! haha). Unfortunately I found the polish a little streaky and difficult to apply evenly. However it has lasted perfectly for the promised "week-long application" and that's more than I can say for most nail polishes on the market. When all is said and done, I'd buy this polish again, especially since the price is so reasonable for how long it lasts.

Decadence on a budget! This cake is about as creamy and delicious as it gets, and the price is amazing too! A lot of times cakes you get from the grocery store taste as much as they cost- cheap. But the spongey part of this cake is moist and perfect. And the "icing on the cake" is that the icing on the cake tastes SO GOOD and matches the rest of the cake in quality.
Not only is it tasty, but it's a tradition in our house. Ever since I was a little girl, on special occasions my dad would bring one of these babies home and everyone in our house would get so excited. It was always a special treat, and I was amazed to find out how inexpensive it actually is when I got older! I'd like to continue the tradition when I have kids so they can be as excited as we were and I won't have to worry about the price. You can bet I'll be purchasing this cake as long as it's in grocery stores!

Absolute decadence in a body lotion! I put this body lotion on almost immediately having a shower and I can feel a difference in my skin as soon as I put it on. The smell is to die for, and there is no leftover greasy feeling after application. Living in a cold climate, I need something that will moisturize my VERY dry skin and this absorbs quickly and does the job. I also really like that it doesn't irritate my skin, as my skin can be sensitive, and I also like how it has vitamin E in it to improve the condition of my skin over the long-term.
A tip: put this on the soles of your feet! Makes my feet nice and soft so I'm not afraid of going barefoot when I go swimming.

The Tart Cherry Crisp with Pomegranate was hands down my favorite new Brookside chocolate flavor. I fell in love with the perfectly tart cherry flavor and the crisp! This chocolate bar tasted super high quality and indulgent. It was also very unique tasting. If i was craving a "gourmet" chocolate bar as opposed to something you'd get on the shelf at your corner store this hand's down would be it. I find myself craving the crispiness of this chocolate bar to the point where I need to buy it! This will be a favorite for me for years to come. I would get this as a gift if not for the fact that I'd eat it myself first.

Unfortunately, this was my boyfriend and I's least favorite flavor of Brookside's new three including the cherry and blueberry. We found the mango flavor WAY too heavy for us to the point where it tasted artificial. I don't associate Brookside with tasting artificial so I found this to be not in line with the tastiness I normally except. However as usual, the chocolate was high quality tasting AND I LOVED the coconut crunch aspect. It was just the overpowering mango taste that was a miss for my boyfriend and I. For someone who loves mango though, i'd absolutely give this as a gift.

This was my second favorite flavor of the three new Brookside flavors including Tart Cherry Crisp and Mango Coconut. However, this was hands down my boyfriend's favorite. I could taste the blueberry flavor enough to where I knew it was blueberry but it wasn't overpowering and the chocolate remained a focal point. I appreciated the blueberry flavor tasting fresh and real and not artificial. The almond gave it a nice crunch. It felt like I was eating a chocolate bar that was healthier and that tasted like real food as opposed to the average chocolate bar one might normally get. Both my boyfriend and I loved how unique this chocolate bar tasted. Overall, delicious! And I would definitely consider buying this chocolate bar as a gift for my guy.
