I always watch for the sales at No Frills. Don't often buy their meat and they have average produce available however, they do run great sales weekly. Is close to my home so is very convenient. Also they price match products from other grocery... +

Also they price match products from other grocery store ads. You do need to show the ad and they do not price match to Shoppers Drug Mart or any pharmacy or Walmart. -
Tetley Orange Pekoe Tea
I absolutely love my tea daily!! The only tea bags I purchase are Tetley!! They never break apart and leave grains in your cup. They are strong enough to make 2 cups per tea bag!! The taste is fresh and smooth always!!!
