These little hydrocolloid patches work to target blemish prone areas and I do like that the active ingredient is tea tree oil. The variety of sizes is nice and once applied, they are near invisible! I do wish it did come with more patches in the pack though. Overall, they are effective and did reduce redness of my blemishes and helped heal the skin.

I really enjoyed using this desk lamp to provide additional lighting to our main table in our living area. I do a lot of crafting and art work, and while the usual lighting in our room is fine, this really helped to control the lighting where I wanted it to be and how to better illuminate the immediate space that I work in. Easy to set up and ease of control to set up your designated light settings, it’s been great so far! -

We really enjoyed these bison snacks! The minimize made it very convenient to pack in a container with other snacks to take with us on the go. It was very tasty and the Smokey flavour was great! We also loved that there is no game-y flavour to the bison sticks, if you’re wondering or afraid of that. We took it with us for a walk but ended up eating most of them on our ride to our destination. Good to know they are nitrite free and high in protein, the fact they are made in Canada is amazing too! Happy to support a local business!

I was surprised by the flavour profile of this soup, having never had moringa before, I was curious about it and its health benefits. The aromatic spices add depth and flavour, with a mildly spicy profile too. The cashews help make it more creamy. Easy for on the go or at the office, I liked the ease of use and prep time was minimal. My only gripe is that it tasted too salty to me, but I think adjusting and adding more water to dilute it for my preferred taste was fine as well.

We definitely prefer the everything bagel over the original, but when we mix them together, it’s nice to have the variety. They are a bit bland tasting on their own, so it best to pair this one with a dip if you want some flavour. For myself, I liked just snacking on them while I was working. The focus on them being healthy, all natural and nutritious is really great, and is a good alternative for those seeking a healthier snack rather than your average chips. We also let our toddler try these since they were made from all natural ingredients and he has been liking them as well! It’s good to know we can introduce fiber, proteins and other vitamins this way! -

Upon opening this package, you smell that wonderful everything bagel combination and it’s a delight to eat into these crackers. There is a really nice crunch to them and it sounds great when you bite into them. They look very nurishing and healthy, and when you see the ingredients and see that it is mostly all seeds, it definitely gets an A+ from me! Because the ingredient list was all natural ingredients, I was ok to let our toddler try them out as well and he’s been a big fan! We love that it is loaded with healthy fats, fiber and protein, and is great for your diet and daily nutrition.

This probiotic and immune support powder pack is easy to use and is great for traveling due to its prepackaged format. It dissolves easily in room temperature water (and I tried it with cold and warm, and it mixed well too.) it only took a couple mins to prep the powder into the bottle and shake it up. It’s not too sweet, but you can dilute it with more water if preferred. I was not a fan of the flavour, which I can’t describe well, it’s like a strawberry cream flavour, but I did not dislike it either. It didn’t affect the flavouring of my smoothies. After using it for almost two weeks, I felt more regular and I felt like I had more energy. It also contains collagen and I think with the combination of the vitamins and other minerals, my skin does look more youthful and feels smoother. I like knowing that this helps with delivering probiotics and vitamins for my body and helps with immune support.

I normally have some fruit with yogurt for breakfast, and this was a good alternative to honey and granola to mix things up. The blend of chia, pumpkin, hemp, buckwheat with dried blueberries is really nice and adds a lot of texture and crunch to my yogurt. I did not really taste too much of the ginger in the mix, even when I made it like a chia pudding (using the instructions on the back of the package), but I was not too bothered by it since I enjoyed how it tasted either way. The only problem I had with it is that the dried blueberries always end up on top in the packaging, so you have to dig deep to try to mix it up and get an even distribution. Otherwise, this is a very versatile product for yogurt, smoothies, and as a chia pudding. It’s nice to know you’re ingesting something healthy and natural, adding to your daily nutrition.

This sunscreen is easy to apply and the spray format makes it easy for application. You since to rub it in, but I did not have any issues with that and I like how the cap twists to lock and unlock the spray bottle. It applied well and was non greasy and did not feel heavy or tacky after rubbing it into the skin. ( You can still feel the sunscreen in the areas that you’ve applied to it.) we liked that it is suitable from the ages of 6months and up, so that it could be used for our toddler as well. It’s a plus that it is also water resistant too, which is good on days we would like to enjoy some play time in the splash pad or pool.
