These capsules contain no synthetic hormones and have natural ingredients. It's only been a few weeks but i have noticed a reduction in hot flashes, an improvement in my sleep, less aches and !a little less fatigue.
It's been great to feel back to normal again .I'm hoping with longer use, I'll continue to have more and more relief!

I decided to give these supplements a try because they are clinically proven to lower cholesterol and contain no artificial flavors, sweeteners or colours. They also contain naturally sourced plant based sterols.
I will continue to take these supplements for 3 months before having my blood work to see if these actually lowered my cholesterol. So far my experience has been good - they are easy on my stomach and I've had no other issues
