Swiss natural menolibrium has really helped me with many of my menopause symptoms. Over the last few days I have had better sleep, little to no hot flashes. Brain fog seems to no longer be an issue. I am loving the gentle supports of this easy to take supplement. 2 capsules daily so quick and easy to remember. Fits well in my daily routine, and the benefits are great!
