The key with this product is consistency! After 10 days I started feeling the affects. Decreased irritability, significantly less muscle ache. But the key difference has been the hot flashes. Since beginning the supplements I have noticed that I no longer spike in temperature and can sleep through the night! After pausing for a week (I was waiting for them to ship) the hot flashes returned.    -
