I was so excited to receive this product for free from Chick advisor to review (considering the price is about $15.00CAD) and I would not pay that. I have never tried a serum before so I was interested to see what this would do (if anything), and honestly it is not great.
The gold colour pearls don't crush properly on application so there are hard 'shells' from the pearls on your face when you apply it - they don't dissolve. I also was not a fan of the smell - I would not use this product again or recommend it to others. Not sure if all serums are like this as this is the only one I've tried, but it was not a good experience.

I have extremely dry skin and during the winter gets worst - so bad that my skin cracks and bleeds in some areas. I have tried to use lotions daily to moisturize but with 3 kids running around I often forget or am just too lazy at the end of the day. I tried this in shower Cocoa Butter Body lotion and it was great as I was able to do it while I was in the shower after I had already washed myself. Having it in the shower next to my soap makes me use it because I see it as I'm showering as opposed to having to moisturize after the fact. This in shower body lotion is very soft and keeps your skin soft and moisturized. The only thing I did not like was the sent (but that is just a personal preference, not that it smelled bad. Not a fan of Cocoa Butter). -

Herbal Essence is one of my go to lines for hair product - this new line is just as great as the original if not better. There are so many things I love about it. The first which I was surprised about is the smell. I didn't think the smell would be that great based on the description, but it smells so good. The smell stays in my hair all day which I love. The line itself is free of parabens and dyes, which I love because I know that there are no harsh chemicals coming into contact with my scalp. Trying this shampoo has given my hair more volume once dried and looks fantastic when styled and blow dry. My hair feels clean and isn't dry but has a beautiful shine to it (did I also mention the nice smell). I think everyone should try this line out - FANTASTIC! -

I have never tried a Dry Shampoo before and was skeptical - but I am hooked - I LOVE IT! First off is the smell. Along with the other products in this line the smell of this dry shampoo is great and stays in your hair for hours. I am one of those people that if I don't wash my hair everyday it will look dull or greasy, but as a mother of three children under the age of 4, there isn't always time to wash and style my hair on a daily basis (up in a bun it goes). This product allows me to not feel embarressed if I miss a day of washing my hair. Applied to the hair and there is no greasy or dull hair. It is great for anyone who is busy and needs a lift or if you are just one of those people who doesn't like to wash their hair everyday in order to retain the natural oils in their hair, and prevent it from maybe drying out. The price point value of this is great and not expensive and it is easily found at most retail stores. If you have never tried dry shampoo or use one often, I definetly recommend this brand. -

The only thing I found is you do need to watch how many times you apply it as it does get clumpy. I loved that after eight hours of wearing it I didn't get any smudging or racoon eyes which is always something I worry about. -

I have never used Covergirl Foundation before, as I haven't had a good experience in the past with their products. When this came out, I heard some good reviews on the product, so I thought I would give it a shot. Starting with the packaging itself, I like that you can twist the pump one way to open it up and then turn it the other way to close it so that none comes out, and then there is also a lid that goes on top which adds extra protection especially if you are putting it in a makeup bag or your purse. The product is feels light on my face and doesn't leave my face feeling cakey or heavy. It is easy to blend (I use a foundation brush as opposed to a sponge) and easy to use, and dries to a matte finish. As for how it lasts throughout the day, I don't have oily skin, so I can't say if it helps to control oil or not as I have dry skin, but with dry skin I find that this foundation holds up well throughout the day as long as you have moisturized your face before applying it. An added feature that I think is great which Covergirl has done is if you go to their website you can answer a few questions and get colour matched with a foundation. I think this is great for people who don't know how to pick out foundation for their skin type. -

I can't tell you how many things I have tested out from their website and I would say 98% has been great. For those of you thinking this is strictly a website for the ladies you are incorrect...there is lots of home Reno information and men interests as well. The site is free and I think everyone should have an account no matter what your interests are. -

I received this product from chickadvisor to review. It came with the coupons to purchase the product free of charge, two stuffed apple animals and temporary tattoos for the kids as well. I was nervous to try the veggie fruit mixture as i didnt think my son would like it. He is not one of those kids that i can place veggies on his plate and he will gobble them up...i always have to mix them in and hide them in his food. So i got the veggie mix and he loved them. He ate them all and didnt even know there was veggies in it...it was sweet like fruit and without and added sugar. They are a great portable snack and would make a great addition to any school lunch especially if you are worried your kids are to busy playing to want to eat. With these you know they are at least they are getting their veggies in. Will definetly be buying these for him going forward. -

I received this package to review from chickadvisor...I loved that since this was a child geared product that it came with a little toy and temporary tattoo for the kids. The Strawberry Kiwi flavour was a big hit...my sons loved the taste, it was portable and not messy at all. The best part is there is no added sugar. Will be purchasing these again...great for back to school snack also. -
