Promensil Perimenopause +Healthy hair, Skin & Nails has been wonderful for hot flashes , night flashes, mood swings, stress, and fingernails. I take one each morning with a little snack and it does have a very slight burp-up taste. I do like the passionfruit extract paired with biotin, red clover, and Vitamin D since they compliment each other. Red clover kicks the menopause symptoms while biotin promotes hair, skin, nail health. My nails were splitting and breaking off before use of these. Now, my nails are beautiful, thick, and no splitting. I look forward to taking them knowing every symptom is getting better. I highly recommend these and they are a staple in my home!

Sambucol black Elderberry zero sugar triple immunity gummies are excellent! They have a good flavor similar to a grape. The double I began using the gummies I had an allergy with running nose. I followed instructions 3 gummies a day. I took mine as soon as I woke up without food and had no issues. After 5 days I noticed my allergy was gone and runny nose had been long gone. I attribute the results to sambucol Elderberry gummies! It has as much vitamin c as 8 oranges per day; can't be a better gummy on the market for immunity. The packaging is very attractive complimenting the color of Elderberry as well as displaying 45 gummies on the bottom of the bottle. I recommend to anyone needing a little extra boost to immunity without the worry of swallowing multiple pills!

Promensil is an amazing natural product for menopause relief symptoms such as night sweats and hot flashes. The day I began to use the pills I had sweated the bed sheets bad the night before. So I tried the first pill..nothing that day; 2nd day..nothing, but that 3rd day was when it kicked in. The hot flashes decreased by 60% and bed sweats decreased by 45%. I was blown away that an all natural double strength (80 mg) red clove pill would throw these results! Each day I grew excited about taking it first thing in the am. I take it on an empty stomach with one cup of coffee and didn't receive any side effects. There is no aftertaste or burp taste with it and the most impressive ingredient- calcium 50mg (Di-calcium phosphate)! Women lose so much calcium during menopause and it set my mind at ease. I'm a positive thinking and I get positive results. One should never speak negative to themselves. One pill a day and each day improved; after 30 days, sweats are decreased by 70% and hot flashes are gone! I'm very happy and my mood increased too.
