I didn't notice any side effects, but I also don't know if it benefitted me in any way. I guess that means it's very safe, so if you're having perimenopause symptoms, give it a try!

I wasn't sure about taking a supplement like this, but I figured it was worth a shot; night sweats and hot flashes have not been fun! I'm glad I didn't get too excited, though, because it didn't really do anything for me. I'll honestly be glad to be taking one less pill per day, haha! At least there weren't any noticeable side effects, so it seems to be fairly safe. Give it a shot, maybe it'll help you!
