These little cups of goodness are awesome. I pack one in my lunch every day. The flavor is outstanding, it has fiber what more can you ask for. Go get some they are out of this world good and good for you.

The size of the container was great. I was not ready for the vasalin like consistency. I could not get it to absorb and then my cloths were sticking to me. I didn't find that it helped the itching. I would not buy this.
