I finally had the opportunity to test the hair dye and I am pretty excited about the electric blue tips it gave me with minimal effort on my part. I think it's an affordable solution for someone who wants to do something fun with their hair! I can't wait to try all the different options (thinking some blue strands next) and to dye it again later on and make a nice ombre look. The formula was easy to use and the smell was not too strong which I was concerned about. The directions could have been a little bit more thorough but I got through it fairly easily.
It seemed to take quite a long time for the water to run clean, which is what you are directed to do right after letting the dye work its magic. I left it on for the full 30 minutes and found the colour wasn't as vibrant as I expected, but I still like the results.
I would recommend this to friends and family and look forward to buying it in the pink/red shade!

I purchased a package of 5 pairs of these under-eye patches from Dollarama, thinking it was worth a try for $3. Unfortunately they did not deliver on any of their promises to help prevent fine lines and wrinkles, reduce dark shadows, relieve puffiness, or energize my eyes. In fairness, I am comparing them to the only other under-eye treatment I've tried which is by Skyn Iceland and has cooling gel pads that are thicker and more expensive, but still, I thought perhaps this would still show some benefits. I would not recommend this and will not be purchasing again. The one thing it did give me is some "me time" as you are supposed to leave them on for fifteen minutes. I've tried some of the other Global Beauty Care products from Dollarama and they work quite well, so don't let this discourage you from trying any of the products! -

Although I preferred the creamy taste of the vanilla shake to its chocolate counterpart, the chocolate flavour was still quite tasty. I would compare it to the taste of a hot chocolate in protein shake form! Again, with the 30g of protein in each serving and only 1g of sugar, this is a great addition to any meal and added in my smoothie tasted delicious! If you're looking for something to perk up your recipes while also packing a protein punch, look no further. I would recommend this to friends and family and intend to purchase more in the near future.

I received two Premier Protein vanilla shakes free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club in exchange for my honest review. The packaging is great and easy to open, as well as clearly listing the nutritional benefits of the shake. The vanilla flavour was absolutely delicious - creamy and strong without being too much! With a whopping 30g of protein in each shake, I felt great about having it as part of a meal. It gave me more energy after workouts and after a very stressful move. I would highly recommend the Premier Protein shakes to friends and family and will be purchasing again when I get a Costco membership. My only concern is that they're primarily available at Costco and not other grocery stores. #gotitfree -

There was a good amount of product provided for the conditioner and it was enough for my medium length hair for the majority of my hair. I tend not to condition my roots because I have greasy hair, but conditioner directions always recommend it. The smell is a lovely strong citrus and apple, just like it's corresponding shampoo. I felt my hair was stronger after just one use, and less hair came out when I brushed. Would recommend and will try to pick some up when on sale. -

I received a free sample pack of the shampoo and conditioner directly from Garnier. I found the smell to be fantastic - citrus and apple! - and I can already feel my hair being stronger and smoother. Less hair came out when I brushed my hair after showering, and I think if I continued to use it my hair's strength would be much improved. The shampoo lathered very well and I felt that it was the right amount of product for medium length hair. -

While I didn't enjoy the taste as much as I did with the Banana Bran muffins from Good & Simple (which are my favourite), the kick of maple syrup really added to the flavouring of the bar, as did the walnut pieces, making my rating 4 out of 5 stars. I would say that the bar is quite close textured making it a bit dry, rather than the moist texture of the muffins. Also, although it is fantastic that the bar is made with whole grains (12g of them), the bars themselves only contain 2g of fibre. However, they are a great healthy snack with quite a low calorie count and overall I could definitely see these and the other varieties becoming a regular part of my snacking routine. I would feel very confident in recommending these to friends and family as a healthy snack, and intend to purchase another package soon.

I was able to find these muffins at the first Metro store I went to, but there weren't many on the shelf. As it's a new brand, I think these might be a bit harder to find in some cities. I love the packaging and the ethos of the brand, aiming to make healthy snacks for families and people on the go. I share some of the reviewers' thoughts about the pricing - $4.99 for four muffins is a bit higher than I usually pay but it seems worth it after doing some thorough taste testing (I ATE THEM ALL OKAY?). Firstly, the muffins are incredibly moist and fresh tasting. The banana and bran tastes are very authentic (and delicious) and not artificial tasting like some snacks can be. I tried one heated up with a bit of margarine and it tasted even better! I'd recommend these to friends and family as a breakfast idea at home, or a snack on the go. I definitely intend to purchase these again and could see them becoming a part of my regular snacking routine - I'm hooked! Thanks ChickAdvisor and Good & Simple for the opportunity to try your delicious new snacks!

I was surprised by how much the hydra genius liquid penetrated by skin and moisturized considering it's a clear gel. I have used many different types of traditional white moisturizer and it often just rubs right off of my skin, but this gel absorbed quickly and left my skin feeling very soft. You also don't need to use a large amount for your entire face which means a 90mL bottle would last a long time. I see on the sample card that it was inspired by Korean skincare and that makes a lot of sense because the Korean beauty bloggers I've seen have such flawless skin. I would recommend this and I am definitely considering purchasing it. My concern right now is to use products with high SPFs and this doesn't have any, but it works very well so I'll have to combine the two products to keep my skin safe over the summer. -

I'm writing this review to differentiate Zoella Beauty's original bath fizzer bar from the one that was recently released with a line of sweet scented products. This bath fizzer bar comes from her first few products that she released a few years ago. In Canada they are available in select stores, but I was never able to find any so I purchased them from the British website Feel Unique. I have always liked Zoella's videos, especially when she does Chummy Time videos with Louise Sprinkle of Glitter, so I was very happy to be able to support her new venture and get a lovely scented bath time out of it! These fizz cubes have a much stronger scent and fizz than the ones in the Le Fizz, but they have equally beautiful packaging! I would definitely recommend these and will be purchasing more soon. -
