I’ve been using toothpaste for sensitive teeth for a long time. Different brands, different “flavours” and even different prices, but definitely not all of them work as well or as fast, but this one works like a charm.
I have sensitive teeth and the Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief with Gentle Whitening Toothpaste has helped me keep my gums and teeth comfortable during the day after the first week of use. No more toothaches due to eating/drinking anything that’s remotely hot or cold. One thing to keep in mind is the importance of following the directions; otherwise the relief could take longer.
I’m very pleased with this toothpaste because it is very gentle and, at least to me, it also tastes much-much better that other brands. This product tastes like regular toothpaste, it does not have that chemical aftertaste nor any other strong flavours that most sensitive teeth products have. The whitening effect is a plus that deserves to be mentioned.

We all know Epsom salt helps us in many ways, but Dr. Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt goes above and beyond, almost making me feel reborn.
This wonderful product has a nice mix of Black Elderberry, vitamin D, lemon and sage essential oils. This amazing mix of ingredients helps my body keep going even after a long day outside in -15°C. I usually put my bath salts in my pampering drawer but this gem is definitely going in my first aid drawer.
It helps me relax, it revitalizes me after a 10-15 soak in a hot bath and on top of it all, it smells really good. As any good Epsom salts, it helps fight my soreness and it is an excellent detox method. Last but not least, I have to say my skin feels soft and nourished, while the rest of my body felt uplifted, giving me the energy I needed to finish my day without feeling tired.

Having a nice bath is something that I enjoy from my core, but honestly this is another level of pampering. The Dr Teal’s Black Elderberry foaming bath is incredibly good.
I usually enjoy a warm soak after a long day of work, but this time I wanted to give it a try during day time after a long walk with my dogs during a winter day. First of all, more than a foaming bath, this bottle is full of revitalizing ingredients and it works like a therapeutic potion that gave me a nice boost to finish my day. The vitamin D and the essential oils are incredible, making my bath more pleasant with a wonderful scent, and leaving me with a soft and a wonderfully moist skin afterwards. I don’t know exactly which ingredient makes the magic, but it made me feel good physically, and mentally as well.

This is my first time using something this strong and I’m so glad that I was able to try the Green Apple Peel Full Strength Exfoliating Mask by Juice Beauty, full of organic ingredients, including AHA and Vitamin C.
I was about to give up after my first try, because although I’ve seen many videos about the product, I never thought that the possible “flushing and tingling” reactions mentioned in the product would be so severe, making me think that I was hurting my skin instead of doing something good to it. Once I made the peace with the fact that the redness and the burning sensations were part of the process, I started using it with more confidence and less fear and the result has been amazing.
To be completely honest, this is far from being a pampering or spa product in my skin face routine, but instead it is an intensive peel that will give you results like no other. The mask smells a little bit strong for me – almost like cider vinegar – but it is only for a few minutes, so I don’t mind. My skin is a little bit sensitive, so it burns a bit after leaving it for 8 minutes. I use a cool damp rag to clean my skin and I rinse my face with cool water multiple times. I use a sensitive skin moisturizer after and apply even two more layers of it to relieve the burning sensation. My recommendation would be… read the directions and do your research because it is not a product for everyone.

The Clarins Double Serum (Hydric + Lipidic System) serum works really well, but honestly, I would have loved to have more product to test in order to see long term changes on my skin. So far, my face feels more hydrated and somewhat firm and at the same it seems to have reduced my pores, which is one of my biggest concerns when it comes to my skin, because they have gotten more pronounced with age. However, now they have returned to a smaller size. I have only used it for a week and my skin looks more healthy, and now I can’t wait to buy the serum and make it a part of my skin care routine.
This nourishing serum is made with so many amazing anti-aging plant extracts that make it one of my favourite skin care products by far.

First of all, I am in love with the smell of this body wash. Irish Spring has been a favourite brand in my home for years, but for some reason we never switched to body wash, because we’re kind of old school and we thought that nothing smells and feels as good as the Irish Spring bar soap, but Oh Boy!! This is amazing. It smells as good as the soap and my partner simply loves it. I’m more into subtle scents (not so masculine), but I have to say that I could change it in a heartbeat, because I’m obsessed with how hydrated and moist my body feels after showering.
This is simply one of the best products I was able to try during the summer.

This is my first time using cleansing oil, and I don’t think I’m coming back to any other kind of cleansing product. At first I was worried —because I have oily skin during the summer— and adding more oil didn’t sound like a good idea, but I tried it and I’m so glad I did. The Shu Uemura Ultime8 is a gem in so many ways, with a small amount I’m able to remove all the makeup from my eyes, even my waterproof mascara, without that horrible “scrubbing” sensation that I felt using cotton! It’s incredible how nourished and hydrated my skin feels during the day with or without makeup. Now, the Ultime8 cleansing is part of my nightly skincare routine even when I am not wearing makeup. After a while I was able to see awesome changes on my skin and with a really nice natural glow that I thought I was never going to be able to have on my 40’s. -

With the crazy weather from these days, the Triple Berry Club Soda has been more than a life saver. It’s very tasty and ended up as my perfect treat after a gardening day or any other outdoorsy activity.
Since I’m not a huge fan of club soda by itself, this is a really good alternative. A lot of flavor without the guilty trip I had every time I drink a pop or other drink with excess of sugar. What I enjoyed the most was not only the flavor, but also that summery scent of berries that went direct to my senses that reminded me a sunny day picking berries and made me think that I was about to drink something sweet. This doesn’t have that perfumy taste as other sparkling waters have, this one is just refreshing and with the perfect amount of bubbles.
Without any kind of sugar, zero calories and low in sodium, this is definitely my kind of drink.

The Peace out Retinol eye stick has been an amazing addition to my PM routine, not only because it is so easy to apply, but also because of its results. After a few days of use, I can see the difference on the skin around my eyes: It’s smoothing my fine lines, my skin’s texture is more even and the fastest result was that I had the pleasure to say bye-bye to my dark circles!!
