I have been experiencing severe plantar fasciitis since May. I was really excited to try this and see if it works. I have tried it a few times. Last night, I was experiencing pain without walking, and I put Myoflex on. It definitely took the edge off, but when I got up to walk, I was still in pain. So it definitely doesn't eliminate the issue, but it does give some pain relief. It would be good to have on hand for in between massage & physiotherapy appointments. -
NOW Ultra Omega-3 - 1,000 mg
These are a great way to get your daily Omega-3. While the capsules are a bit large, they are easy to swallow and have no taste. They are canadian-made and gelatin-free. I would definitely recommend these.

I, personally, did not find this product to be effective. I took it once before bed, and I couldn't fall asleep, so I assume it helps with fatigue, but not enough that it made a huge difference during the day. I don't have hot flashes, so I can't... +

I don't have hot flashes, so I can't say if it would help with that. I don't think it hurt to take it, but I did not find it made a difference for me. -

We really liked this sunscreen. We found it effective and easy to put on. It wasn't greasy and went on very smoothly. It didn't irritate the sensitive skin on my legs. I would definitely recommend it.

Lubriderm® Advanced Moisture Therapy Lotion
I use a different brand of moisturizer and while this was pretty good, I didn't feel that it was better than the moisturizer that I already use. It has a decently thick consistency and rubs in well. Overall, it's pretty good.

I used this lotion on my son this morning. He often complains that his skin is itchy. It often isn't, but his anxiety makes him feel itchy. I have a lotion I have been using on him but he told me this morning he doesn't want to use it anymore because he doesn't like the smell. I showed him this and he agreed it has no smell. I put it on him. He said it felt a bit cold, but seemed to immediately feel better. I liked that the lotion had a very light texture and wasn't overly greasy. We will definitely continue to use this! -

While they don't necessarily have eczema, we used the Aveeno Eczema Daily Care Moisturizer and they found it helped to relieve the itchiness and did a good job of moisturizing their skin. I would not recommend this lotion as the sole way to treat eczema, it seems to do a good job of reliving the itchiness of dry skin. -

My daughter is only 11 years old, so I don't feel like she necessarily needs to use a daily moisturizer. That being said, it didn't seem to aggravate her acne, so that' s a bonus. It also didn't irritate her skin, which was a concern for me because my face is very sensitive. Overall, I would recommend this product for a teen.
