I’ve been trying the Bioteem 40 Skin Health & Immune Support Fortified Probiotic and I’m honestly obsessed. Not only does it support gut health (which we know plays a huge role in clear, radiant skin), but it honestly has helped me fight off illness and boost my energy levels.
What I love most? It actually tastes SO good ! You can enjoy it on its own or easily blend it into your favourite smoothie.
I will making this a staple in my morning routin

Important things to combat a cold sore is listening to the signs that one is coming in and acting quickly. After first icing the area, I always take llysine , tybut found that even when feeling under the weather taking llysine helps reduce the number of cold sores I get.
This is a staple in my house hold and even have one at work to ensure I’m always ready!
These vitamins are such good quality, and very effective! I love the Canadian brand and would highly recommend.
