I have arthritis, so some days even everyday activities can cause joint pain and muscle discomfort. I don't like taking analgesic pills all the time, so Myoflex has been an effective alternative when a flare is keeping me from being active. It's odour free, unlike some other topical pain relievers, and has a nice consistency, not too thick or runny. Massaging it into the painful area is easy and a helpful part of treatment. I find the relief lasts a few hours and is a pleasure to use.    -
