In March 2022 I decided to take back control of my life. I'm on a weight loss journey, and have been much more aware of what im putting on my body. I add a scoop of this to my morning smoothies, and easy peasy it's done. It doesn't change the taste at all, and i feel like I've seen such a major improvement in my skin texture, tone and hydration level. I'm not worried about wrinkles yet, but I've recommended it to my coworker who is 40+, and she is looking forward to trying it too. -
