If you're dealing with occasional breakouts or more persistent acne, PanOxyl Acne Wash is definitely worth considering. This gentle antibacterial cleanser, enriched with 4% Benzoyl Peroxide, effectively clears acne at an impressive rate. I appreciate how it gently cleanses and unclogs my pores, addressing breakouts on my face, chest and back. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or stripped of moisture, PanOxyl maintains a perfect balance, leaving my skin clean and refreshed after each wash.
Another feature I love about PanOxyl is its versatility. While I mainly use it as a daily face wash, it also serves as an excellent spot treatment for those stubborn pimples that occasionally appear. A small dab on targeted areas speeds up healing and helps prevent future breakouts, which is a significant advantage. The creamy texture lathers beautifully and rinses off easily, ensuring no greasy residue is left behind—perfect for both my morning and evening skincare routines.

This is my first time trying @TheraBreath and their Whitening Fresh Breath Oral Rinse in Dazzling Mint has a refreshing mint flavor that’s not overwhelming. It's alcohol-free, so there’s no harsh burn like with some other mouthwashes. This means I can swish it around comfortably without worrying about that annoying overwhelming flavour and dry mouth feeling afterward. What really impressed me, though, is how well it tackles both stains and bad breath. I've noticed an improvement in the whiteness of my teeth, which is great since I'm a tea drinker and those stains can be tough to deal with. I’ve noticed a visible difference in the brightness of my smile and it feels great to know that I’m using a product that’s as effective as it is gentle.
Beyond just whitening, this rinse has become my go-to for fresh breath. After using it, my mouth feels clean and invigorated for hours, which gives me a nice boost of confidence throughout the day. I really like that it’s certified vegan, kosher and halal, plus it’s made without peroxide, alcohol, or gluten, which makes it suitable for a wide range of users. For optimal results, I rinse for up to two minutes with one capful and I make sure to wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Using it morning and night has become a part of my routine and I can confidently say that TheraBreath is a fantastic two-in-one product. If you’re looking for a mouthwash that effectively combats bad breath while also enhancing the brightness of your smile, I recommend giving this a try.

What I love most about these gummies is that they offer the same health benefits as traditional apple cider vinegar but with a much more enjoyable taste. Instead of the sharp, tangy flavor of liquid ACV, these gummies provide a sweet and pleasant experience, making it so much easier to incorporate them into my daily routine. This convenience has truly helped me maintain consistency as I find it far simpler to pop a gummy than to mix and drink the liquid version.
🔴One of the standouts features of these gummies is their formulation, which includes Apple Cider Vinegar, Pomegranate and Beetroot, all known for their health benefits. Not only do they provide a delicious alternative to traditional ACV liquid, but they also offer a gentler approach to digestion, as the liquid form can sometimes cause discomfort if not properly mixed. 🐊This was my first experience with a Blue Lizard product and I was excited to try out the Sensitive Sunscreen Stick SPF 50. This mineral-based sunscreen, featuring Zinc Oxide, glides on effortlessly and blends in seamlessly, leaving no white residue behind. I really appreciate the convenience of the deodorant-style stick; it makes quick and mess-free. At first, it goes on white, which helps me see exactly where I’ve applied it, but as I rub it in, it becomes completely invisible. One of my favorite aspects is how it forms a waterproof barrier that causes water to bead off my skin, making it easy to know when it’s time for a reapplication. Plus, I’ve had no issues with it running into my eyes, which can often lead to irritation or stinging.
🐊The compact design of this sunscreen stick is perfect for tossing into my small bag, ensuring I have broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection wherever I go. It’s sweat-resistant and water-resistant, lasting up to 80 minutes, which is a huge plus for outdoor activities. While it does a great job of moisturizing my skin with ingredients like aloe vera, shea butter, sunflower seed oil and vitamin E, I did notice a slight greasy feel after application. However, knowing that it’s 100% vegan,🆓from parabens and fragrances and contains no chemical active ingredients makes it ideal for my sensitive skin. Additionally, being non-comedogenic means I don’t have to worry about clogged pores, which is a relief.

As someone who uses mouthwash on a daily basis, I was excited to give this alcohol-free formula a try, especially since it claims to have all the benefits of LISTERINE TOTAL CARE® without the strong bite.
First and foremost, let's talk about the taste. The less intense taste of LISTERINE TOTAL CARE ZERO® was a pleasant surprise. It didn't have that overpowering sensation making it much more enjoyable to use on a daily basis.
But taste is not the only thing that matters when it comes to mouthwash. The real test lies in its effectiveness. And I must say, LISTERINE TOTAL CARE ZERO® delivers on its promises. In addition to preventing gingivitis, this mouthwash also offers a whole mouth clean with its eight impressive benefits. It kills bad breath germs, prevents and reduces plaque, prevents cavities and protects from bad breath bacteria for up to 12 hours. It also strengthens tooth enamel, fights tartar and helps keep teeth white. With all of these benefits, it truly covers all the bases for maintaining excellent oral hygiene.
I must also mention that I received this product as a gift from @thisisbutterly and @listerinecanada. However, this does not influence my honest opinion about the product. I genuinely believe that LISTERINE TOTAL CARE ZERO® is a fantastic addition to anyone's oral care routine.
