Although I liked the ingredients in the cereal, my baby unfortunately did not like this cereal at all. Not sure if that was due to the texture - it was very runny when mixed. -

Very easy to use - cereal can be mixed with water or breastmilk. Great first solid food to start your baby with (I know that latest research is recommending that we start babies with protein as first solid foods but I found that my baby had difficulties with the protein textures so starting her out with an iron fortified baby cereal was a great option for us). -
