I have been using it for about 6 weeks and I think it is helpful. I feel like i do sleep better and less hot flashes which are the more annoying symptoms I am living with. It does say to use it for 2 months to see results.

It does have melatonin in it too, which seems to do the trick..

I really enjoyed the taste of this ginger beer. It is stronger than ginger ale but not as strong as other ginger beers i have tried in the past. It is not too spicy so it is really enjoyable for me.
I am actually disappointed it only comes in a pack of 4. I will buy this again for sure and try the other flavours.
