Very hydrating. I usually use it after exfoliating to sooth my skin. It glides on like a gel. No mess. I leave it on for 15 minutes. It's sticky at first but then sinks into my skin. I rub it in and apply my night moisturiser over it. I leave it on over night and wash off in the morning. My skin is glowing the next day. Its not heavy and does not leave my skin feeling oily    -
