Chai Moments by Tea India is one of my favourite warm drinks. I have tried all four of the flavours and love them all. They taste great if you love Chai and Lattes. It is so simple to make a Chai Tea Lattle, boil water, rip open little package and dump into your mug of choice, poor in boiling water, stir and sip. I love how this drink warms me up and and the yummy taste of the spices ❤️ It's now my go to drink in the mornings :) -

This is a great way to help get more Omega-3 in your diet. This fish oils come in a soft gel pill. The pill is a little on the big side so, you will probably need a drink to help swallow it down. Just make sure that you take these with a meal or you might end up burping fish taste. Not pleasant trust me :( I made that mistake when I first starting taking these. On the bottle it say clearly says to take them with a meal.

It has a nice taste and is easy to mix. I love how the packages come in a convenient size. Perfect for travelling or just carry with you during the day. It's sold were I do most of my shopping so that's a huge plus for me :)
