I was able to try these muffins for free thanks to Chickadvisor. I did enjoy the taste and texture of these muffins and I liked the fact that they used simple ingredients. I think they were easy to transport by being prepackaged as well. I don't think the value was very good. Nearly $5 for 4 muffins. I also don't think that these baked goods are very healthy even though they are being marketed as such. I would probably not buy these again unless I wanted a nice treat, even so I would probably bake my own muffins as I can control the amount of sugar and fats going into them. -

I was able to try these bars for free thanks the the Chickadvisor Review Club. I got mine from Metro and they were easy to find in the baked goods area. I like that these bars are individually wrapped so it was easy to take on the go or pack in my lunch. I loved the taste of these bars. The orange and cranberry flavours were distinct and noticeable and went well together. The texture was soft and was noticeable that they are made with whole grains which I think is great. Although the bars tasted great I probably would not buy them on a regular basis but more as a treat or if they were on sale. I don't think they are really "healthy" as people seem to think. They still are high in calories and sugar. I think it's great they are made with better ingredients but I would rather bake my own so I can use more natural sugar sources and add more fibre and protein. -

Recently bought this mascara to try. I like my lashes to be individually separated so I chose this one from the new Revlon line up; plus I love purple. Applied perfectly right away. No clumping and separated the lashes nicely. The first coat was nice but I wanted more definition and volume so I applied a second coat. The second coat went on easily over the first and kept the lashes separated and darkened them up. Minimal flaking noted throughout the day, I have had way worse. Just small little black specks that are barely noticeable unless you are truly looking for it. Lashes weren't hard but flexible when completely dry, even with two coats. Washes off easily as well. The brush is a plastic cone shape with different lengths of bristles. Was easy to apply to all lashes and was not overly coated with product at first use like many others. I got comments on my lashes the very first time I wore this mascara. For a drugstore mascara, I am a fan. -

I think some of the other Batiste scents are better and I would purchase those over the cherry. -

The Body Shop Satsuma Shower Gel
I love the refreshing smell of the Satsuma shower gel. It lathers up nicely and leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh without drying it out. I like the thickness of the product that it doesn't run everywhere.

I bought this foundation hoping to help with oil control and shininess. I was very disappointed in this foundation. I found it did not have good coverage for me and made my pores more noticeable. Even to layer the product to try and get more coverage did not work as it just moved the product around and removed it. It rubs off easily, especially if you scratch/touch your face it comes right off and leaves a mark and it is not possible to blot the oil with blotting sheets as it just removes the foundation. I applied this foundation with a damp beauty blender and used the matching primer underneath and powder on top. It looked and felt alright just after application but I work 12 hour shifts and it just does not last and about a third of the way through it looks terrible. I did like the packaging of this product. -

I really liked this toner. It left my face feeling extra clean after using the Normaderm cleanser. I could see the dirt and makeup it lifted off my face on the cotton pad. It didn't dry my face out like other products I've used.

I have had acne since I was a teen. Proactiv was all that worked to clear it up. The Normaderm system worked well for me. My acne has almost cleared up after a month of use. Not as quickly as with Proactiv but I don't feel like I can't leave the house without makeup. The cream went on nicely over my whole face, the consistency was perfect. I did find that my face was greasy by lunch time and needed to be blotted more than usual as I do have oily skin. The scent is mild. Easy to dispense and don't need a lot. I enjoyed using this product. -
