I've always been a huge supporter of Chapman's products. It brings cool products like this strawberry frozen yogurt. It's creamy and has real strawberries, but doesn't pack as many calories as regular ice cream can.
As someone who experienced her second stomach ulcer in her life last week, yogurt-based products are good for my gut health. This product helps keep my stomach and me happier.
I went crazy having scoops of this delicious frozen yogurt with my fancy new ice cream scoop. It was a dream scooping without using a ton of muscle effort.
I also did a root beer strawberry float. It was excellent!

I have used various tea tree oil products over the years for my itchy scalp and blemishes. Thursday Plantation's tea tree oil's formulation is special. It's 100% pure, natural oil, which has antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
I have oily skin, which is prone to break out, even as an adult. I dab a touch of tea tree oil on my blemish. It has a soothing effect as it does its antiseptic magic.
I also apply it to my scalp when it gets itchy and irritated. It works wonders.
Mosquitoes love me. The relationship isn't mutual. I get an allergic reaction to mosquito and insect bites that make me want to scratch the affected areas. Applying tea tree oil reduces the inflammation and makes me a happier human being.
I am a klutz, and often have cuts and abrasions on my hands. I have a deep cut on my right hand, for instance. Applying a small amount of tea tree oil has helped this wound heal nicely.
It's a wonderful product. I wish that I had discovered it earlier!

Even as an adult, I experience blemishes and breakouts. My most recent one was on my eyelid. Yep, it's oily there, too.
These invisible patches are game-changing! You get medium and small circular patches. I used the small one and it covered my blemish perfectly. I put it into after cleansing my face at night. It was easy to apply the patch and you can barely see it. It does look invisible!
I could feel the area tingle slightly, so it was working its magic. I wore up today and actually forgot I had it on until I washed my face!
I took it off. The blemish was barely noticeable. It worked so well. I was impressed!
I wish I had this product when I was in high school, at the height of my breakouts. I'm so pleased with the result?!

I have been a fan of Daiya products for a while and love its line of pizzas. I was thrilled that it now offers personal-sized pizzas. Sometimes, I want a snack and this size is perfect.
I had no problem finding this product at my local Your Independent Grocer. I got the veggie flavour.
I love that this pizza is dairy-free and gluten-free. I am borderline lactose-intolerant, so it's refreshing to not worry about dairy. Daiya has my back!
If you want a quick snack, it takes five minutes to prepare in your air fryer. If you want it crispier, you can add a couple of minutes.
I wanted a crispier crust and went with my toaster over. I used a rack to place my pizza on it and have it crisp up. I baked it at 425⁰F for 15 minutes.
This pizza was heavenly! The dairy-free cheese is made with Daiya Oat Cream™ blend. It melts nicely and produces a good cheese pull.
The crust was crispy and perfect. I loved the sauce and veggies. Yummy!
You get two pizzas in the box. I was delighted to have the other pizza a couple of days later.
Each pizza is 330 calories. Decent! I highly recommend it.

I seem to tackle taboo health topics that we typically deem as embarrassing. I don't think we talk about constipation and regularity enough.
When I first started reducing sugar in my diet back in 2010, my nutritionist recommended psyllium husks to promote regular bowel movements. They worked, but weren't yummy.
Last year, I had a stomach ulcer, which was a side effect from taking medication. Constipation was another symptom that I had. It was unpleasant and caused a lot of pain around my addomen.
I am good now. Adding more fibre to my diet has helped. Using this product provides peace of mind and preventative care that I won't experience such a painful ordeal again.
AOR's Psyllium and Curcumin provided gentle relief of constipation and irregularity. It's easy to take one serving (a scoop that comes with the products) mixed with water an hour before you eat, once a day.
I love the lemony flavour. It's a nice change from orange or no flavouring at all.
The tricky thing about mixing psyllium in water is that it doesn't dissolve well. You'll often get a thick, gelatinous texture, especially if you don't drink it immediately after you make your drink.
I am personally okay with a not-so-smooth texture. I use more water to make this drink,which helps. I also suggest blending the product in a smoothie if you don't enjoy the texture due to psyllium not dissolving easily.
I have been incorporating curcumin in my diet. I have been achy more than usual lately, which has reduced thanks to the curcumin. This product with cucurmin is great for my needs!

The Halifax Honey Stingin' Hot Honey ZOMBEE edition uses unpasteurized honey. I like it because the honey retains its natural enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, and propolis for maximum health benefits.
This company infuses its various hot honey flavours with hot peppers. It also makes their honey varieties in small batches, and bottles and ships their products out of Bedford.
I got to try the Stingin' Hot Honey ZOMBEE edition. The company calls its "fearless flavour experience."

This honey flavour is pollinated by killer bees. It also has the company's hottest blend of hot pepper mash that produces an extreme heat infusion.
I was excited to try it. I had leftover sushi rice that I had stored in my freezer before I left for the Twin Cities. I thawed it in the fridge and then used it to make crispy sushi rice with fried eggs for breakfast yesterday.
I wasn't sure how hot it would be. I drizzled some of this ZOMBEE hot honey on it. It was so good! It does have a heat burn that lingers. However, I didn't find it to be extremely hot that I was downing dairy products afterwards to douse the fire in my mouth out.
It's got a nice, bold flavour to it. It's great.
It comes in a sturdy squeeze bottle. I liked that I could control how much honey I wanted to use and I didn't make a mess. The hot honey that I was using before trying this ZOMBEE version came in a glass jar, which required using a spoon to drizzle it.
I am happy with my hot honey. I'm a fan.

I am fairly new to menopause and its symptoms. I tend to run hot body temperature-wise in general.
I noticed within the last couple of years that I run even hotter than usual. Wearing long-sleeved shirts or hoodies would make me roll up my sleeves instinctually. I need hoodies with a front zip that allow me to peel them off when I feel like I'm overheating.
I'd also wake up in the night hot. I don't wear flannel pajamas, opting for cotton. I'd need to turn on the fan to cool me down and dry off.
I also get achy more often than usual. I put these symptoms together and figured that I was perimenopausal. I feel that I have graduated to being menopausal.
There needs to be more conversations about this phase in a woman's life. I had to do a lot of research, followed by talking to friends about it.
Weliva has helped a lot. I've been taking a small Weliva pill each day for the last seven weeks. It's a smaller pill than the over-the-counter brand that I was taking. Weliva is effective.
I don't wake up in the middle of the night sweating profusely anymore. I am less achy and fatigued. I'd say that I started off with mild symptoms. My symptoms are practically non-existent. I do get achy now and again, but it's not horrible.
It's a bonus that this Weliva is a naturally sourced product. I'm happy that it works well for me.

I like that this Mastercraft picture hanging kit has everything that you need to hang any picture frame up on a wall:

The carrying bag is great. I can separate the pencils and sharpener from the rest of the items.
The magnetic stud finder has strong magnets. It works effectively to find studs in the wall. It also loves attaching to the mini level that also has a convenient magnet. Both have levels.
The mini level is awesome, as it can balance on top of your picture frame. It measures both vertically and horizontally. It's easy to read, which is great in a mini.
The pencils come in handy. The sharpener was effective.
There is a lot of hardware to hang your picture frames and anchor them to your walls. If you are fairly experienced hanging picture frames, you'll be fine. However, if you're a novice, this kit doesn't comes with a how-to leaflet on hanging picture frames. It would be nice if it did as a reference for everyone. Otherwise, you need to do some side research and learning beforehand.
The stubby hammer is awesome. It's comfortable to grip and it's got a decent weight to hammer. I like that it's smaller for picture-hanging tasks. You don't need a full-sized hammer!
This kit came in handy. I got to put up some original artwork in picture frames from two special people. ☺️
Thanks for the opportunity to flex my framing skills and use this fine kit.
