A2 tastes just like normal milk. I felt lighter and it didn’t “weigh” me down. Sometimes milk can upset my stomach, but there were no problems when adding to my smoothies or my husbands coffee!

I do high intensity boot camps, and I would apply right before and never worry about smell bad! Loved the scent too! -
