I wouldn't say it evens out my skin tone or makes my skin brighter like it states, but it definitely makes your skin feel soft. It's not my go to facial scrub but it's a nice exfoliant to use once in awhile.

CON, I don't use this during the summer months as I find it very greasy, but you could use it at nights if you plan on showering it off in the morning. Although I prefer the cocoa smell left on my skin. -
