The claim is that this mascara will give me long, luscious, defined lashes and it certainly does! Two brushes, one on either end of the wand - one for upper lashes and a smaller one for lower lashes. I'm not one for applying mascara to my lower lashes, but I did a couple of times to try it out and the smaller brush was quite effective! I also used that smaller brush to get at those pesky, but cute, upper lashes near the corner of my eyes.
I don't get a lot of clumps (but I did get a few, hence the half star), but the best, and I mean the BEST part about this product is that it didn't flake! I have a hard time finding mascaras that don't flake. Way to nail it, GOSH!

I've given it 3 solid tries now, and I just don't like the lip lacquor. Going on it feels fine, and as time goes by it doesn't dry out my lips - I will give it that. However, I had trouble getting the colour to go on evenly, there would be parts of my lips brighter than others, and I think that's due to this trying to be more of a gloss than a dye. Having said that, I think that the colour is too intense to be a gloss, and that's why it doesn't go on my lips evenly. It also doesn't have great staying power. I wasn't a fan of the stained colour I ended up with a few hours after application. I love lipstick and lip gloss, but I don't love this product.

This kit, by Sephora, includes 4 items: a nail cleanser, sticky base coat, a nail colour (of your choice!), and a glossy top coat.
I love this kit so much that I want to yell it from the rooftops! Well worth the $39. Each of my DIY manicures has lasted at least a week. The longest, so far, was 9 days and with only minimal chipping - which I think was due more to the fact that my nails peeled, (a common problem for me), rather than the polish chipping. Let me repeat that; My DIY mani lasted NINE DAYS.
Having used this kit for four months, I've done some experimenting. Do not skip the cleanser - nail polish remover is not the same. You can use any brand of nail colour you like, I haven't had any particular brand chip sooner than another. It's easy to remove with regular nail polish remover when you're ready to change up the colour or refresh, and I haven't experienced any nail discoloration.
I'm giving it 4.5 stars for price because although I think it's worth it, you will run out of colour before the rest of the kit - I sitll need two coats of colour, but only one coat of each of the other three products.
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Eye makeup does not want to stay on my lids. Over the last 10 years I have tried a lot of primers. A lot.
This is the best one! I find more is more - about half a pea's size of primer per lid really sets the stage for my eye shadows that does, indeed, last at least 12 hours. The price is absolutely right because I've been using this tube regularly for a little over a year and I'm still not quite done.
I've been known to dab some under my eyes before applying a BB cream too and find that has some brightening results.

I find that the colour is subtle but still there, and although there is quite a bit of glitter it's not tacky, it's fun! I would even wear this to a work meeting! Or just to the grocery store! Does it last for hours? No. Does it look awful as it wears off? No! Can you pop it in your purse and reapply in hurry? Yes!

I love all things Cocoon Apothecary - I've been using their products for 5 years now. Rosey Cheeks in particular is my favourite product. It absorbs quickly, and I need very little of the product to cover my face and neck, so 1 bottle will last several months. And my face feels refreshed all day long, even under my makeup.
I've said it before and I'll say it again; there is always room in my budget for Rosey Cheeks!

My teenage years are about a decade behind me, but I do break out around my chin and under my jaw often. I'd heard one of the Chicks here recommend using a medicated acne pad on those problem spots, and this is the second brand I've tried. Although I had success with the first brand I tried, this one didn't work!
The first brand I tried was Shopper's store brand (I'll review that one when I get it again), but when that container was done I was in another store and the Oxy brand was cheaper. Even though I used these exactly the same as I had the previous brand, there was little to know improvement. They also have a perfume smell that the other brand did not have, and I wasn't a fan.

In comes this conditioner! I got it from a friend who had received 2 for free to try, so I got her 2nd conditioner (I've been using Lush's Trichomania shampoo with it). It's been about 2 weeks and my scalp is so happy! While I still have the odd dry spot, overall my scalp hasn't felt this great in almost a decade.
I don't colour my hair so I can't speak to that and I don't find it any better than any other conditioner on my hair, so I rated it works very well, but the scalp relief is AMAZING!

I found this gem at Sephora and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. I have very pale skin, and these colours are both sheer and flattering - all 4 of them. One of the pinks has some sparkle (not shimmer, just a few bits fine of silver glitter), and one is matte. The other two colours are shimmery. Something for all occasions, seasons, emotions, outfits...you get the idea. And the palette itself is quite large - larger than my hand. These are going to last me quite some time, and so I consider the price ($54) great, especially considering the price for a single Tarina blush. I love this palette! -
