I received a free 30 day sample of Promensil and began taking it in the evenings before bed so I could avoid night sweats and hot flashes. The product worked fairly well, but not as well as some others I have taken in the past..The night sweats were greatly reduced but I felt the hot flashes were only moderately reduced. As for the other benefits listed on the box, I have no way to know if they are achieved with this product. Overall, Promensil was a decent product and it did help a lot with night sweats.
