Being somebody who has a couple different deficiencies which affects things like my energy levels and how much more I'm prone to getting sick, this is exactly what I needed. Not only is it great because they're a gummy supplement instead of a pill or a capsule which can be hard to swallow, it also tastes really good. Sort of like a Welcher's fruit snack. With a combination of elderberry, vitamin C and vitamin D3, it gives me the benefits I need that I'm not getting enough of from anything else and without having to take multiple supplements just to get these vitamins. I've been taking them for maybe close to a week but so far I see a difference from when I take them and when I forget to.
