It makes it very easy to carry and pop a portion in my mouth. Apparently, it holds the equivalent of half a cup of caffeniated java. The best part is that it does not produce the ancy nervous feeling when consuming. Extra bonus is thay its palatable and delish. -

I love this pain relief cream! If I could, I would bathe in it. Unfortunately, i have multiple chronic pain issues. This cream helps decrease my swollen arthritic handsl, tight back/neck from a past motor vehicle accident, and recent broken ankle (amongst other issues). I carry this in my little knapsack purse. It is easy to discretely apply when out. Thankfully, the cream is not greasy or emits any strong odor. Definitely recommend for those with aches and pains. -

I have been taking the AOR Coenzyme Q10 for the last 10 days. I have noticed reduced nausea that is caused by migraines and related IBS symptoms. My stomach cramps have less intensity since I have added this vitamin supplement. Coenzyme helps ensure I have good antioxidants and cellular energy. I ended up with 2 bottles (one gifted by AOR and second from my mother). She has been taking Q10 for some time to ensure she has a healthy heart. She told me to read the health benefits on the AOR website: -Antioxidants -Supports cardiovascular health -Effective and clinically researched dosage -Helps to reduce migraine headaches and associated nausea and vomiting when taken as preventative The last point is the main reason of why i was eager to try Q10 In addition, i was happy to learn its a “Proudly Canadian” product and its been important for me to support local. The flashlight offers functional safety. I live on the very wet West coast. Atmospheric rivers seem to be more prevalent in recent years. The flashlight works perfectly for gloomy days that become even darker when nightfall sets in. I feel safer walking my dog.knowing we are more visible to drivers.
The heat settings helps warm my hands and decreases my arthritic and nerve pain.

Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules is a good product to start taking during the December holiday season. I was happy to try a natural form to relieve uncomfortable flatulence, bloating, and sluggishness. The capsules helped decreased some of my IBS symptoms when i over-indulged (delicious treats and sweet drinks).
The capsules were easy to carry when out. Swiss Natural® got the size right.
I feel the activated charcoal helped improve my gut health somewhat after partaking in rich meals. As a result, a happier stomach meant better dog walks for my pup and me.

I was ecstatic to try Myoflex® Extra Strength Deep Penetrating Pain Relief Rub. I have a double whammy of bad nerve pain and swollen arthritic hands. Dog walking and holding a leash during the winter (dropping temperatures and rain) has increasingly aggravated my hand pain . This product has helped. This off-the-counter pain relief topical can supplement my prescribed anti-inflammatories.
My boyfriend is also using Myoflex® pain relief rub on his sore back caused by playing basketball.
We both appreciate that there is no greasy residue nor fragrance. The best part is almost immediate pain relief.

I can’t believe I’m a women in my fifties, facing the inevitable - aging. It’s the start menopausal symptoms like persistent tiredness and vaginal dryness. It takes a physical and mental health toll.
I hope by using something natural it will prevent me from needing prescription meds and Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT). The side effects from drugs (blood clots, heart issues) may be worser than my initial symptoms.
Menolifium contains EstroG-100® and is made of asian medicinal plants that remind me of my elders, making special healing soups and teas.
It’s too soon to tell if this product helps as I have only used it for two weeks. That said, I plan to buy Menolifium as there are no crap ingredients “no additives or drugs).
