I only have the use of one hand so it is a bit more difficult than liquid but as it lathers well there is enough to completely clean my medium length hair. My hair is naturally wavy/loose curls so even with a conditioner it was manageable -

I love the lasting moisture this cream gives, but I have used it for months and my wrinkles are the same as before using it.
As it compares to others, it is less harsh on my skin which is sensitive, and leaves the skin feeling very soft and silky.
The rapid wrinkle claim has not happened after months of twice daily use though.
I would still recommend this to those looking for a high quality skin cream over all.
