I recently discovered Goldy’s Protein+ Maple Crunch Instant Superseed Oatmeal and it’s been such a simple, comforting find even for busy afternoons. I naturally love anything sweet, so the light maple sweetness from date powder really hits the spot without any added sugar. I also love that it’s made with simple ingredients like Canadian gluten free oats, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, plus plant based protein that actually keeps me full. It’s hearty, has a nice crunch, and comes together in minutes, perfect for those in between moments when you still want something warm, filling and nourishing.
