I received Schmidt's lavender+sage from chickadvisor to review. The first thing I appreciated about this natural deodorant was that it has no aluminium salts, no propylene glycol, and no artificial fragrances, which can be harmful for your skin and body. The lavender scent reminded me of an aromatherapy oil which I loved, especially after a nice warm bubble bath. However, I found the texture very different compared to other natural deodorants I have used in the past. The easiest way to apply this is to hold it on your underarm for a few seconds so the product warms up, and then it will glide on. After using this product for six days, my left underarm became very irritated. It felt like my underarm was burning and itching all at the same time. It took a lot for me not to scratch my armpit. I dont have sensitive skin at all, but this gave me irritation. I discontinued using it for another two days, until I decided to give it another try. Upon using it again, the same irritation occurred, and that's when I was done with this product. Smells amazing, did a decent job on keeping odour away, the texture is ok, but it irritated my arm pits. -

Chickadvisor sent premier protein to me to try and I'm so glad they did. I've been on the lookout for a good protein shake that is healthy and delicious. The chocolate flavoured protein shake is so delicious! Not too sweet, doesnt have a chalky taste to it, and actually kept me full for a while. I chilled the drink in the fridge for about 4 hours, shook the container and gobbled it all up! The chocolate flavour comes with 160 calories, 1 gram of sugar, and 24 minerals and vitamins. Although the caramel flavor shake also had 1 gram of sugar, this is nothing close to the sweetness caramel had. You can actually consume this without feeling like your teeth will fall out. I would definitely repurchase the chocolate flavoured shake in the future. -

Although it tasted almost exactly like any typical caramel drink, I found it to be too sweet for my liking. This protein shake contains 160 calories, 1 gram of sugar and claims to be low fat with 24 vitamins and minerals per shake. I drank this shake after going to the gym and honestly didnt feel the "full" feeling most protein shakes give me. I felt jittery and hungry in no time. I'm glad I got to review this product but I will not repurchase in store. -

I was chosen to review this product through chick advisor. Firstly, I have pale skin, so using sunscreen is a crucial step for me every morning. I really love the scent of this product, it wasnt overpowering like some other sunscreens I used in the past.
The texture is nice and light and absorbed into my skin instantly. A little goes a long way when using this product. The best part of this product is the non greasy feeling and it DID NOT clog my pores. I used it on my face several times and it did not break me out! Best of all its SPF 30! This will be my new go to sunscreen all summer long!

I got chosen to review this product from chick advisor, and I'm so glad I got chosen! The gel formula has a nice consistency, not to thick and not to runny. It absorbed almost instantly on my hands and didnt leave a residue. It also has an amazing, light scent, like a very clean feel.
This gel cream kept my hands moisturized for a long time, I rarely had to reapply throughout the day. I also love the flip cap on the bottle which makes applying so easy. I would definitely reccomend this product if your looking for instant hydration for your dry hands.

I was chosen by chick advisor to review the neutrogena all in one makeup removing wipes. I liked the size of the sheet, as I have tried other makeup remover wipes that were smaller. However, upon removing my makeup I noticed I had to scrub a little harder than I would have liked.
I typically wear foundation, concealer, liquid eye liner and a sweep of waterproof mascara. The makeup remover wipe did remove the makeup on my face, but it took a little while to remove my mascara. I also felt the wipe to be a little more on the dry side. Would I keep this on my night stand for those lazy nights? Probably not, only because it took a little longer to wipe off my entire face compared to other drug store wipes I've used in the past.

I bought this concealer from Walmart in the colour fair. It came in a tube and a small concealer pen. The concealer itself is on the heavy side, so when I used it for my under eye circles I found it left it looky very cakey and smeared. I tried blending it in with my finger, brush, and beauty blender and find that the beauty blender worked the best. However I still did not like the finished look as it made me look ashy and dry. For those who have oily skin this might be ideal for you, but not for me. One little dollop goes a long way so make sure you dont pile it on.
I like using this concealer for small blemishes on my face but that's about it. I rarely use it and will not be purchasing again.

The peel off mask was very easy to use! Just apply an even layer to skin avoiding the eye area and leave on for about 20 mins. While reading the package I assumed it would be one of those masks that would pull off your baby hairs, mustache, and beard! But I was oh so wrong! It was a gentle mask that unclogged my pores, dirt and oil buildup.
I love the uniqueness that this mask has. It started as a liquid and then into a peel off mask. It was very easy to remove this mask without the pain like other peel offs. My skin felt smooth and unclogged after just one use. I will definitely be buying more to add to my Sunday night spa days at home! Great for acne prone skin as well as oily to combination skin!

I received this product from chickadvisor to test. This product starts as a cream but lathers into a rich bubbly cleanser. A little truly does go a long way with this product which means, you can own this cleanser for wayyy longer. I appreciate the subtle yet refreshing scent of grapefruit. I used manual bristle brush to work this product into my skin, and it was very invigorating.
After cleansing, my skin was not left feeling dry or flaky as other acne specific products do to my skin. It felt nourished and oh so squeaky clean! Those of you who have oily to acne prone skin give this a try! Its affordable, and you get a bang for your buck!
